It is possible to have consultations in English at our clinic. However, since it can be difficult to grasp the nuances of the language and fully understand the cultural background of our international clients, we limit consultations to mild symptoms such as insomnia, anxiety, or stress.
You are welcome to discuss issues in any language in more depth with the help of a translator you arrange.

How to make a reservation

You can make an appointment for a medical examination by calling, emailing, or visiting the reservation site (Japanese).

About the first visit [am8: 30-am11: 30]

We have a 30-minute time frame per person. Please come to the hospital 10 minutes before the appointment time as you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire. If you have difficulty making a reservation for your first visit from a Japanese reservation site, we recommend that you make a reservation by email or phone.

About re-examination

There are two types of re-examinations at our hospital. You can choose the re-examination that suits you.

Re-examination ①

Outpatient with specified start time [8: 30-11: 30]
A 15-minute slot per person is secured. It is a re-examination in which the start time and end time of the examination are decided in advance. Based on simple counseling, it is possible to prescribe medicines and perform blood tests. An additional 2,200 yen (tax included) is charged as a reservation fee for the consultation time.

Re-examination ②

Outpatients called in order [11: 30-12: 30]
This time zone is for those who have obtained a reservation number issued by our hospital reservation site from 7:00 am on the day of your desired consultation. If it is difficult to make a reservation from the reservation site (Japanese), you can also make a reservation by phone after 8:30 am on the day of your desired consultation.

What is free medical care?

Free medical care is medical practice that is not covered by public medical insurance, and you are responsible for all costs. The benefits include more treatment options, access to cutting-edge treatments, treatments that focus on disease prevention and health promotion, and the ability to provide treatments that meet the needs and needs of patients. .. The cost of counseling in free medical care is as follows.

In addition, for blood tests, prescriptions, issuance of referral letters, etc., we will charge 100% of the insurance medical treatment.

About online medical care

Only clients with stable medical conditions can use online medical care. However, you will not be able to use online medical care at your first visit. You will be able to use the online service only for the second and subsequent examinations. If you wish to have online medical treatment, you will need to provide a consent form for online medical treatment, so please inform your doctor in advance.

Use counseling services from overseas

Those who are using free medical care can use the counseling service from overseas using the Internet. If you are stressed by living abroad, are homesick, or are considering introducing a counseling service in Japanese to your company, please contact us by email. please give me. If you feel sick or your mental condition becomes distressed, you should immediately see a doctor face-to-face. So, if you use counseling services from abroad, it is important that you have a family doctor at the same time. If you want to have an employee interview with an industrial physician at a Japanese company that is expanding overseas, we can provide the same services as in Japan.

About home visit

If you are using our free medical care, you can request a home visit.
For those who have difficulty going to the hospital due to various reasons or who place importance on privacy, requesting a home visit is one of the powerful options.
The home visit fee for free medical treatment (within about 30 minutes by car one way) is 19,800 yen. For those who are farther away, we will make a separate quotation.
Doctors do not wear lab coats at this hospital, so they will not be noticeable during home visits.
